Happy Halloween

Hello I am trying this out for the first time so I hope I can get this to work. I must confess I am not very good with my computer. But with that said I thought everyone might enjoy the pictures of Autumn's Halloween party. We had some cute kids in costume including Ben, Allie, Korban and Eva. The cousins had a great time playing games and eating lots of good treats. HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Brandy Blog
The Siebenalers
Hi family sorry no photos to post, but for any you who were not present or didn't yet hear.... Tom and I are expecting again! We are excited to add yet another member to this growing family and he or she should arrive around memorial day. Keep us in your prayers along with the other expectant mommies and daddies (i.e. Jill & Andy and Crist & Liz).
Ok I have a confession to make this is my first time blogging. It took my giant family to help me do it, but I thank those who fired this up and all of you who we see and don't see so often. As large as this family gets I always think of each of you. all my best.

Bringing Back Memories!!

OK bare with me here! I'm not as techie as everyone else but I am learning and think it's a great idea keeping in touch, thank-you Jenna for setting this up! I just wanted to share my photo with all of you and see if you remember this covered wagon. Last week we had Eva's first friend birthday party, I was wondering what to do with 20 children in the cold, thanks to the siebenalers covered wagon it went off like a charm! (Can you believe We fit All Those Kids In There?) The kids sang and cheered for 45 minutes as we drove through fields (MY OLD STOMPING GROUNDS). It's so great to see our kids enjoying the very covered wagon we once rode in. There are so many memories Lets share!!

Greetings from Winona!

Hello family! Just thought I'd stop by and check out the new blog site since I have a few minutes. (a.k.a. not paying attention to class lecture)
Thanks Diane and Jenna for getting this setup. Sometimes news doesn't make it down here to Winona so I am hoping that this site will help spread the news.
If anyone is at all interested, Chris and I have put together a wedding website. (<-- click the link). It's still a work in progress, but we've got most of the site up and running.
last but not least, here's a picture of the whole fam at dad's retirement dinner. I didn't say it was a good picture, I think we were all looking at different cameras, but its the only one I can find right now!

learning to post

Using Angie and Ron as a sample post
So as I'm learning how to post to the Siebenaler Blog created by Jenna, I found this lovely image of Angie and Ron in one of my many picture CDs. I think Angie looks like the beautiful Jennifer Aniston from "Friends" and Ron ,a stunning hot young movie star.
I will be sending specific instructions for all of you who have news and/or photos to share about your family. Hopefully it's a great and fun way to stay informed about family news. Send me family email addresses and I'll add them to the new posting alert list. I received many addresses from out family party at Muddy Waters on Sunday night but am missing quite a few. We had a real fun time and special thanks to Mandi for her enthusiasm and work in coordinating the party. The place, Muddy Waters is just darling and their food is sooooo tasty....It was all decked out in halloween decor. The many little kids there were as impressed, I'm sure , as I was. Looking forward to some new postings. Diane

Siebenalers learn to "Blog"...Do you Blog?

Since we are getting so big and so spread out and the internet is becoming a part of every household, jenna and I got the bright idea to start this web site for all of us to stay in touch with one another....Grandma Siebenaler has been a tremendous communication specialist for our family....keeping us up to date with what's going on with one another. But, even she needs help to keep up with this large, fabulous and quickly growing family and all the exciting things happening in each others lives!......I learned about blogging from Katie when she went to New Zealand. She had her own site on which she posted her travel adventures along with pictures. It was a fun way to keep in touch . Then Jenna and Matt added a blog to their photography website.....Whenever I miss them or want to see what's happening with their work, I log in and it's just quick and wonderful. This new blog site is for our entire Siebenaler family.....It is our hope that any of us can log on to view it and in time , all of us learn how to "post" anything you want to share about your family , including pictures or just send a message to all of us. I think it is so cool that Mandi organized this up and coming family party on October 22nd. This is truly the spirit of keeping us all connected and supportive to each other.... Initially I will be sending you all emails to log on and instructions for posting will soon follow. For the more techy Siebenalers, we'll make it easy for you to learn how to post your thoughts and pictures yourself. For those who would rather avoid this - you can simply send an email with your text and pictures and we'll do it for you - in your words - from you! It's that easy!
Ok - so on to some pictures :) Thought we'd try posting a few pictures from our summer trip out to Colorado to visit Matt, Jenna and Katie. These are some pics from a primitive (perhaps too primitive) on the shores of Lake Dillon outside of Frisco, Colo. This was the same town Matt and Jenna got married in - so it was fun to make a return trip back there!
Oh - and that new pug puppy - yep, thats Eve - Anna's new little pugger! Pug count in the thurmes family: 4 too few :) well, depends who you ask!
